One Night. One Chance. Built Right.
We design, fabricate and install complete launch environments: presentation stages built on our own aluminium litedeck, reveal structures, display plinths, branded backdrops and printed graphics, all produced in-house by one team. Launch sets, staging and branded environments are engineered to work the first time, every time.
Making the Product the Hero
Everything on a launch set exists to frame the product. We build lit display plinths, custom cases and backdrops designed around your camera angles, so the photography and the livestream look as good as the room does. Need an oversized replica? Our scenic background means that it’s familiar territory.
Discretion Comes as Standard
Launches usually mean unreleased products, and unreleased products mean secrecy. We’re used to it, NDAs signed, drawings kept off shared drives, and deliveries unbadged. There’s a reason we say all our best work is under NDA.
Staging the Reveal
The reveal is the moment everyone came for, so it has to be bulletproof. Kabuki drops, sliding panels, hinged walls, rising plinths, we’ll engineer the mechanism, build it robustly and rehearse it until it’s second nature: no wobbles, no snags, no awkward pause while somebody tugs at a stuck curtain.
Tight Get-Ins, No Drama
Launch venues rarely give you long. Often it’s an overnight build with doors opening at nine the next morning. Our crew thrives on that schedule, and your ESS project manager will run the get-in alongside your AV, lighting and rigging teams so everything lands together, on time.
Trusted By Brands & Agencies
We work with brands, creative agencies and event organisers to deliver launch environments that combine practical construction with high-quality finishes. With us, ambitious ideas come to reality even on the tightest of schedules.

Most launches combine a presentation stage, a reveal element, branded graphics and a display area where guests get hands-on with the product. Some add experiential zones, photo moments or hospitality areas. We build all of it, so you’re not stitching together multiple suppliers.
Discreetly — it’s routine for us. We regularly build for products that haven’t been announced; we’re happy to sign NDAs, and our team understands what ‘confidential’ means. As we like to say, all our best work is under NDA.
Yes. Drop cloths (kabuki-style reveals), sliding panels, hinged walls and hidden display plinths are all achievable. Tell us the moment you want to create, and we’ll engineer a reliable way to make it happen — and rehearse it before the doors open.
Often not long; many launch venues only hand over the night before. Our crew are used to overnight builds and tight get-ins, and your ESS project manager will plan the schedule around whatever access you’ve got.
That’s the whole job. Lit plinths, custom display cases, oversized product replicas, backdrops that frame the reveal — we design and build launch sets so every camera in the room points where you want it.
All the time. Your project manager coordinates directly with your AV, lighting and rigging teams on site so screens, sound and set come together as one — it’s how we work on every conference and stage build.
Often, yes. Plenty of clients tour the set to regional events, reuse elements at exhibitions or move display units into showrooms. Tell us upfront, and we’ll design with reuse in mind.
As early as you can—ideally while the creative is still being shaped, so we can steer the design toward what builds well within your budget. But if your launch is weeks away and you’ve been let down, call us anyway. Rescue jobs are something of a speciality.
