Accuracy matters. When a stage set has to slot together on site with no time to spare, or an exhibition stand needs curves that a handsaw simply can’t deliver, CNC delivers the job. Our CNC panel saw, cross-cutter and edge-bander give us repeatable, millimetre-accurate cutting on every job.
What We Machine
We cut and shape sheet materials for set construction, exhibition stands, retail displays, bespoke furniture and scenic fabrication. Curved flats, routed lettering, shaped cladding, precision-cut cabinetry components, if it starts as a sheet, we can probably make it. Our edge-bander gives us the cleanest of finishes.

From File to Finished Piece
Send us your CAD files or drawings, and we’ll check them for machinability, flag anything that won’t work, and suggest improvements where we can. We then cut, edge, finish and quality-check every component. Need it painted, printed or installed? We can do that as well.

We work mainly with sheet materials — MDF, plywood, hardwood panels and composite boards. If you’re unsure whether your material is suitable, send us the spec, and we’ll confirm before quoting.
Yes. Send us your DXF, DWG or similar files, and we’ll review them for machinability before cutting. If you only have sketches or dimensions, our team can prepare the cutting files for you.
We do. Many agencies, joiners and production companies use us purely for cutting when they need extra capacity or tight tolerances. There’s no obligation to use our other services.
It depends on complexity and quantity, but because everything happens in-house, we can move fast — we’re used to event deadlines that don’t shift. Tell us your date, and we’ll be straight with you about what’s achievable.
Yes. Our edge-bander gives panels a clean, sealed edge, and our paint workshop can spray or hand-finish components to your specification. We can also apply printed graphics in-house.
We can deliver nationwide, and, where needed, our experienced crew will install on site. Alternatively, you’re welcome to collect from our Gerrards Cross workshop.
No. We handle everything from a single shaped panel to full production runs for large-scale set builds.
