Awards Ceremony Set Builds
An awards night has one job: make every winner’s moment look and feel special. We build the stages, sets and branded environments that do exactly that, for ceremonies of every size across the UK.
The Stage
From an intimate dinner-and-awards format to a full theatre-style ceremony, we’ll build a stage that suits your venue and your running order. Our stock of aluminium litedeck lets us create almost any configuration, with treads, ramps and disabled access wherever they’re needed.
We produce over 95% of our large-format print at our own premises, so sponsor boards, step-and-repeat walls, and stage graphics are all handled under one roof. That’s one less sub-contractor for you to deal with and one less thing to chase.
Crew & Installation
Awards venues rarely give you much time to get in. Our experienced build crew are used to tight overnight turnarounds, and your ESS project manager will work closely with your AV, lighting and rigging teams so everything comes together before doors open.
Backdrops and Branding
The backdrop is on camera all night, so it has to be right. Printed, projection-ready or a combination of both we’ll make sure your headline sponsor and category branding look sharp from the back row and in every winner’s photo.
Winners’ Walk & Podiums
The route matters as much as the stage. We build winners’ walks, entrance features, lecterns, trophy plinths, and monitor hides, all finished to match your set. If you need something completely bespoke, our workshop will rise to the challenge.
Production Management
Your project manager is with you from the first conversation, offering design assistance and a technical steer on construction where it’s useful. Whether you’re an agency producing the ceremony or a brand running it in-house, we’ll help bring the build in on time and on budget.

For a bespoke set, six to eight weeks gives us a comfortable time for design sign-off, fabrication and print. That said, we’re known for fast turnarounds — if your date is closer, call us and we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable.
Yes, and we do it all the time. Your ESS project manager will coordinate directly with your AV, lighting and rigging suppliers on site so the build slots neatly into the wider production schedule.

Yes. Many award venues only release the room the evening before, or even the morning of the event. Our crew are well used to building through the night and being clear before rehearsals start.
We do. If your budget suits a hired stage with printed branding rather than a fully bespoke set, our stock of aluminium deck, flats and furniture is a cost-effective route.
We’re based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, and regularly deliver to venues in London and across the South East, but we build for national and international venues too.
