From an intimate dinner-and-awards format to a full theatre-style ceremony, we’ll build a stage that suits your venue and your running order. Our stock of aluminium litedeck lets us create almost any configuration, with treads, ramps and disabled access wherever they’re needed.

We produce over 95% of our large format print at our own premises, so sponsor boards, step-and-repeat walls and stage graphics are all handled under one roof. That’s one less sub-contractor for you to deal with — and one less thing to chase the week before the ceremony.

Awards venues rarely give you much time to get in. Our experienced build crew are used to tight overnight turnarounds, and your ESS project manager will work closely with your AV, lighting and rigging teams so everything comes together before doors open. We don’t leave until you’re happy.

The backdrop is on camera all night, so it has to be right. Printed, projection-ready or a combination of both — we’ll make sure your headline sponsor and category branding look sharp from the back row and in every winner’s photo.

The route matters as much as the stage. We build winners’ walks, entrance features, lecterns, trophy plinths, and monitor hides, all finished to match your set. If you need something completely bespoke, our workshop will rise to the challenge.

Your project manager is with you from the first conversation, offering design assistance and a technical steer on construction where it’s useful. Whether you’re an agency producing the ceremony or a brand running it in-house, we’ll help bring the build in on time and on budget.
