Runways Built to Be Walked Hard
A catwalk gets judged twice: once by the cameras and once by every model who walks it in heels. It has to look flawless and feel like concrete. We construct and hire runways that pass both tests, built on our own stock of aluminium litedeck and finished at our workshop.
Any Shape, Any Length
As the deck system is modular, the runway takes the form the show demands: a straight run, a T into the audience, a U around the seating, an L through an awkward room, or a full loop. Based on your sightlines and your creativity, we’ll advise a match.
Surfaces & Finishes
The surface is where a runway earns its keep. We offer sprayed high-gloss and matt finishes from our paint workshop, vinyl, carpet and timber, plus fully printed runway surfaces from our in-house large-format print department, a striking option for branded shows. Choose a finish, and we will prepare the walking surface accordingly.
Solid Underfoot, Every Step
Nothing undermines a show like a runway that bounces. Our decks are properly levelled, braced and locked, with joins you can’t feel through a stiletto. It’s the same engineered staging we supply for conferences and stage builds, where a wobble is equally unwelcome and it’s why producers come back.
Build or Hire
Commission a fully bespoke runway with custom fascia, printed surfaces, and scenic elements, or hire the deck with delivery and installation or as dry hire if your own crew is handling the fit. Either route comes with honest pricing up front and a crew that arrives when they said they would.
Safety Without Compromise
A successful catwalk event requires careful planning. We build everything with a safety net in mind, or, say, we keep safety at the forefront, ensuring every runway is securely installed, thoroughly checked and ready to perform for both rehearsals and live shows alike.

Any configuration the room and the show call for – straight runs, T-shapes, U-shapes, L-shapes, crosses and full perimeter loops. Our aluminium litedeck stock is modular, so length, width and shape are set by your creative, not by what happens to be in a warehouse.
There’s no single rule. Raised runways typically sit anywhere from around 30 cm to a metre depending on sightlines and seating, while some shows run at floor level with a defined surface instead. We’ll recommend a height once we know your venue and seating plan.
High-gloss and matt sprayed finishes, vinyl, carpet, timber, and fully printed surfaces are produced by our in-house large format print department. Whatever the finish, the walking surface is prepared so models in heels get a consistent, secure footing.
Yes, that’s the entire job. Our litedeck system is engineered staging, properly levelled and braced, with no flex, bounce or movement at the joins. Dozens of walkers in quick succession shouldn’t be able to tell where one deck ends and the next begins.
Of course. Entrance steps, treads, ramps and accessible routes on and off the runway are all built from the same system, along with monitor hides and cable management where production kit needs concealing.
A straightforward runway can go in within hours; larger or more complex configurations may need a day. Either way, we pre-plan the deck layout before arrival, so on-site time is assembly, levelling and finishing rather than problem-solving.
Yes. Our deck stock is available for delivery and installation or as dry-hire, which suits simpler shows and tighter budgets. Have a look at our hire page or ask us which route makes sense for your event.
Frequently. Runways turn up at award ceremonies, product launches, hair shows and brand events, and the construction principles are identical. If your event needs a walkway that looks superb and never moves, that’s us.
